Ridgway Part IV – Ivinghoe Beacon

Saturday 30th November

The final Ridgeway walk will take us into the heart of the Chilterns, passing through beech woods, rolling hills and chalk grasslands. This section is one of the more varied parts of the trail, passing through several woods, climbing up hills and even goes by Chequers, the country house of the UK Prime Minister. The trail will end at Beacon Hill, there will be an option to take a bus back from Ivinghoe via Aylesbury.

Everyone is welcome, but please be warned that this walk is a fair bit longer than usual! See here (ouwc.org/2019/10/long-walks-michaelmas-2019/) for more information on these longer walks and what to bring.
