Well, Michaelmas (Oxford for ‘autumn’) term is rapidly approaching whether you want it to or not. Fortunately, there’s lots to look forward to this term as we have many day and weekend trips planned along with our weekly local walks throughout the term. If you’re new to Oxford (welcome!) you can find out more about the club here, and take a look at the walks we have done in the past here, which will give you a flavour of what to expect. We will also have a stand at Freshers fair (5th-7th October), and will be holding our termly ‘free tea’ meeting where you can find out more information about the specific walks we have planned and sign up! If you can’t make it then, fear not, you will also be able to sign up via this website. Enjoy!
28/07/16: This club relies upon volunteers to run. As such we are always in need of people to either lead or help plan trips, and drivers for the minibus that get us to where we want to walk! Currently we only have 2 trips in the pipeline for Michelmas term 2016, and this sadly won’t change unless we get more volunteers. If you are at all interested, please contact the trip and safety coordinator. More information can also be found here. Many many thanks!!!
