We will be staying in the Stair Cottage in Newlands Valley of northern Lakeland. From the cottage, we’ll be able to walk around Grasmoor and the circuit of Robinson-Hindscarth-Dale Head. The second walk mentioned is one of the most picturesque in the area, the section on Catbells – see the picture in the poster – is especially beautiful. Prepare for some rugged and mountainous walk, though it should be achievable by most people.
