Through the Chilterns to Henley

Saturday 2nd November

This weekend we will visit the Chilterns, for a point-to-point walk heading ending in Henley. Starting in a small village called Nettlebed we will stroll through the countryside, passing through woods and heading towards the river Thames. Along the way we will also pass by Stonor Park, a 13th century country house complete with a stone circle and a deer park. Joining the river at the Hambleden lock we will follow it down to Henley, with an option pub stop before taking the bus back.

As usual everyone is welcome. Please note this walk may be muddy in places, so walking boots/shoes are strongly advised.
