The Hackpen White Horse – a 27-meter figure of a horse carved into a slope of a hill and filled with white chalk. Avebury Stone Circle – the largest stone circle in Europe, World Heritage Site and one of the best known Neolithic monuments in Britain. Silbury Hill – A 40-meter high pyramid in the middle of the countryside. Kennington Burrows – A 5500 tomb that’s open to the public. All in one walk.

Meet: Train station
Time: 8:20, to take the 8:37 train to Swindon
Return: Avebury between 4:30 and 5:30 pm, back in Oxford by 7:30 pm
