Avebury Stone Circle

Sunday 20th January (end 1st week)

Barbury Castle – a monumental Iron Age Hill Fort offering fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The Hackpen White Horse – a 27-metre figure of a horse carved into a slope of a hill and filled with white chalk. And finally, Avebury Stone Circle – the largest stone cicle in Europe, World Heritage Site and one of the best known Neolithic monuments in Britain. All in one walk. Saying nothing more.
