Join Marshall and Zing for a lovely day out not far from Oxford in the bucolic Marlborough Downs. We'll first take a short walk in the Savernake Forest, which has many tracks among its ancient oaks and well-kept woodland. Also, there's a rumour that it's haunted! We'll then spend most of the day walking the countryside Northwest of Marlborough, including a visit to the Avebury stone circle and a view of a prehistoric hillside white horse. The day will involve a good deal of walking, so come prepared for that. But the plus side is that there isn't much driving.
