Accompany James Welch and Kate Filochowski ridge-walking along the Roaches in Staffordshire, a rocky gritstone escarpment that has been worn into fantastic weird shapes by the elements. You can enter Lud's Church, which is an impressive 100-metre natural cleft in the rock that towers imposingly at 15 metres high, yet is just 2 metres wide.
